1. Adjustment of clearance of connecting rod big head:
① Use special tools to measure whether the clearance value between the big head and the crankshaft neck meets the standard requirements;
(2) If it is too large, appropriately increase the thickness of gasket to a suitable range;

2. Piston stroke correction:
After starting the machine for a period of time, check the position deviation of the upper and lower dead center of the piston. If it exceeds the allowable error range, it needs to be disassembled again for correction.
3. Dynamic balance detection: The vibration condition of the whole unit is tested by special instruments, and it can be put into operation only after reaching the specified accuracy level.
