I. Customization scope and limitations

  1. The mall provides customization service for some products, the specific scope of customizable products shall be subject to the display of the mall.

  2. Customized content is limited to the mall's optional, such as color, pattern, size, material and so on. Customization that violates laws and regulations, ethics or mall policy shall not be required.

Second, the customization process

  1. After selecting the customizable products, customers should select the customization options and submit the customization requirements according to the page prompts.

  2. The mall will review the customization requirements after receiving them. If the customization demand does not meet the requirements, the mall has the right to request the customer to modify or reject the customization request.

Customized time and delivery

  2. The mall will do its best to deliver the customized goods according to the agreed time. However, in case of force majeure, shortage of raw materials and other unforeseeable circumstances leading to delivery delays, the mall will promptly notify the customer and negotiate a solution.

Customization fee and price adjustment

  1. Customized goods may charge additional customization fees, the specific cost standards in the product page or customization process clearly show.

  2. Once the customized order comes into effect, the customization fee and the price of goods shall not be adjusted if it is not due to the reasons of the mall.

V. Quality Assurance and After-sales Service

  1. Mall is responsible for the quality of the customized goods to ensure that it meets the relevant quality standards. If the customized goods in the normal use of quality problems, customers can apply for after-sales service within the specified time.

  2. The after-sales service policy of customized goods is basically the same as that of ordinary goods, but due to the special nature of customized goods, there may be some restrictions on the return and exchange of goods. The specific after-sales service content is subject to the provisions of the mall.

Intellectual property rights and confidentiality

  1. The content of the customized goods shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, such as trademarks, copyrights and so on. If there is any infringement, the customer will bear all the legal responsibility.

  2. The mall has a confidentiality obligation for the customer's customized demand and design content, which shall not be used for other commercial purposes or leaked to the third party.

Dispute Resolution

  1. If the customer and the mall in the process of customized goods dispute, the two sides should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If the negotiation fails, either party can file a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction.

Other Terms

  1. Mall has the right to adjust and modify the terms and conditions of customized goods according to the actual situation. The modified terms will be published on the mall, and customers should comply with the latest terms and conditions when customizing.

  2. Customers should also comply with other relevant regulations and policies of the Mall when customizing goods.
