Structural stability inspection of lock body: including observing whether there are obvious defects (such as cracks and holes) on the surface of lock shell; Measure the dimensional accuracy of each component with vernier caliper; Simulate the user's operation process and manually turn it on and off several times to ensure smooth action and no jamming.

4. Determination of corrosion resistance: Because the outdoor environment is complex and changeable, it is necessary to investigate whether the iron padlock can effectively resist the influence of acid rain and salt spray corrosion under natural conditions. According to GB/T 10125—2012, the continuous spraying experiment can be carried out for more than 72 hours, and finally, whether there are signs of rust is visible.

5. Verification of password opening and closing function: For products with password setting function, you need to pay extra attention to the following points:

A. Look at the change of indicator light after inputting the digital combination, and confirm that the signal feedback is accurate;

B, try to force the password to be opened when the password is forgotten, so as to ensure that the purpose of opening can only be achieved through the correct unlocking instruction;

C. Change the setting content for many times to verify the stability and memory effect of the system.
